For cooking, you will need about half a kilogram of fat-free cottage cheese. You can choose both granular and more liquid (sour cream) type of cottage cheese. Some use two types of cottage cheese at once to achieve a more uniform consistency.
Cottage cheese must be mixed with 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of wheat bran. Also, baking powder or ordinary soda on the tip of a knife must be added to this mixture, and a sweetener to taste. Usually, for such an amount of cottage cheese, it is recommended to use 9-10 pieces of a tableted substitute (it must first be crushed into powder), or 1 tsp of ordinary powdered stevia.
Separate egg whites and yolks in a separate bowl. For cooking, only proteins are required, because there are too many carbohydrates in the yolks, which are prohibited at the pumping stage. Proteins need to be whipped into a fairly thick foam. To make it easier, it is recommended to add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
After the proteins are whipped, they can be mixed with cottage cheese until smooth. Then the mixture is placed in a multicooker dish and set to the “Baking” mode. The exact cooking time depends on your slow cooker, but it is usually 30-40 minutes.

Such a cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker for the Dukan diet is no longer suitable for the Attack stage, because starch is used in its recipe.
For cooking, you will need approximately 600 g of cottage cheese. You need to carefully approach his choice. It is best to choose a non-dry product. It is too difficult to cook according to this recipe.
Add 3 tbsp skimmed milk powder to cottage cheese. The percentage of fat in it should not exceed 3 g per 100 g of product. Such milk can be found in health food stores. It can also be replaced with whey protein isolate. This product is much easier to find.

The finished mixture is placed in a baking dish and then in a slow cooker. On the "Baking" mode, it must be cooked for at least 40 minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 50 minutes.

Again, such a cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker is not suitable for Attack. The Dukan diet has very strict rules at this stage, so when cooking, you need to be careful about the selection of products.
Coconut flakes are taken as the basis of such a casserole. Choose here, which does not contain dyes, as well as sugar. Coconut flakes already have a pleasant taste that does not need to be supplemented with cloying sweetness.
For cooking, you will need about 3-4 full tablespoons of chips and 400 g of low-fat cottage cheese. They need to be mixed, and after that add another yolks of 4 eggs, 100 g of skim milk and a sweetener to taste. All this is thoroughly mixed in a blend.
