Cooking:

For the dough, warm the milk to room temperature. Add sugar and yeast to milk and mix well. Leave in a warm place until a fluffy hat forms.

Mix kefir with butter and heat. Then add a little beaten eggs, salt, brew and mix. Next, add the sifted flour and knead the elastic dough. More flour may be needed.

Place the container with the dough in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough will make two pies with a diameter of 26 cm.

If using a frozen berry, thaw it first and drain the excess liquid. Add starch, powdered sugar and mix.

  • 0.3 kg of flour;
  • ¾ cup sugar;
  • half a pack of oil;
  • half a bar of dark chocolate;
  • 160 g of beer (dark);
  • a couple of eggs;
  • 12 g baking powder;

Quick kefir pie

According to the following recipe, a pie with frozen berries in the oven is prepared from the following set of products:

  • a couple of eggs;
  • ¾ cup sugar + 4 tbsp. spoons for stuffing;
  • 190 g of kefir;
  • half a pack of oil;
  • 1 g of salt;
  • 6-7 g baking powder;
  • one and a half glasses of flour;
  • 0.45 kg of berries;
  • a couple of tablespoons of sour cream;
