  • Ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon
  • Dry mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Dry paprika - 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic salt - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground ginger - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground white pepper - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 2/3 tablespoons
  • Fat-free cream - 250 ml
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Chicken - 1 pc.

Cooking chicken according to the KFC recipe:

  1. We cut the chicken into portioned pieces of medium size (separate the wings, drumsticks, thighs, divide the breast into approximately 4 parts, etc.).
  2. Mix flour, salt and spices in a bowl.
  3. Soak the chicken pieces in a mixture of cream and beaten egg. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.

Let's start with the spice mix.

Grind all 11 ingredients in a mortar to a powder state.
