  • a glass of kefir;
  • one egg;

If you don’t have margarine or butter, it doesn’t matter, the donuts will turn out tender even without using them. The main purpose of fats is to add fluffiness and creamy taste.

  1. Heat the milk until warm (can be diluted with hot water).
  2. Gradually add sugar (not all), then yeast. Leave aside for about 15 minutes. This is necessary for the yeast to begin its action.
  3. Let's move on to the second part. Break the eggs and add the remaining sugar to them, beat.
  4. Pour in melted butter or margarine and add salt. Beat until foam forms. You can achieve a positive effect with a whisk or mixer.
  5. We combine the two parts of our dough and mix.
  6. Add sifted flour. Bring the dough to a homogeneous mass (if it sticks to your hands, moisten them with warm water).
  7. Set aside the dough and leave it for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
