Some of them need to be activated before use, that is, diluted in warm water and left for a while until a foamy cap appears, and only then added to the rest of the ingredients. If you are unsure of the quality of the yeast, it is best to dilute it to check. If the foam cap is lush and appears quickly, you don’t have to worry, the yeast is of high quality. But if there is very little foam or no foam at all, it is better not to use such yeast.


  4. We set the bread machine mode to “Fresh dough” and wait for the end of the program. For most bread makers, this program lasts 1-1.5 hours. The finished dough should be left in the bowl for another 5-7 minutes so that it can rest a little.


After that, put it on the work surface, divide it into parts and roll it into a thin layer. To prevent the dough from becoming chapped during rolling out one of the parts, cover the rest with a towel or cling film. Next, the rolled out dough is usually placed on a baking sheet, having previously greased it with vegetable or butter. You can also use baking paper. After this, the dough is generously greased with ketchup or sauce, the filling is laid out and covered with grated cheese.   2. We heat the water to 80 degrees.

  4. Pour flour into the oven, make a hole and add a pinch of salt and dry yeast into it.
  5. We turn on the required mode on the device and wait 90 minutes. Cooking time depends on the model and power of the bread machine.

Thin dough in the bread machine is ready. When finished, all that remains is to roll it out into a thin layer. It is best to do this with your hands, as experienced chefs do.

Don't forget to make sides. If the Italian pizza is very thin in the center, then they should reach 6 centimeters. This is important so that the filling does not fall out.

Cooking with kefir

Kefir dough has a great advantage - all the filling used in the recipe is not just laid on top of the dough, it is absorbed into the base, which makes the dish even tastier.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g flour;
  • 120 ml kefir;
  • 120 ml water;
  • 1 egg;
  • 0.5 tbsp. l. soda;
  • 0.5 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • a pinch of salt.

Preparation:

  1. Sift the flour thoroughly. It's better to do this twice.
  2. We heat the water to 70 - 80 degrees. You can boil it and let it cool to the required temperature.
  3. Pour all the ingredients into the bread machine bucket in the following order: water, kefir, flour, egg, sugar, salt, soda. Sprinkle the baking soda not in one place, but over the entire surface of the dough.
  4. We launch the appropriate mode on the device and wait.
  5. After the bread machine finishes its work, roll out the dough, pierce it with a fork along the entire perimeter and form the sides.

Ready! Kefir will allow the dough to rise, and soda in this case acts as a leavening agent.

Fluffy pizza dough

Thin Italian dough is, of course, tasty and healthy, but sometimes you really want a fluffy, aromatic, truly homemade pizza straight from the oven!

Ingredients:

  • 250 g flour;
  • egg;
  • 200 ml water;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 60 g vegetable oil;
  • salt;
  • 0.5 tsp. soda

Preparation:

  1. Sift the flour thoroughly.
  2. We heat the water, but do not boil it.
  3. Pour the flour into the oven bucket, add water, egg, sour cream, butter and at the very end - soda. The soda is scattered throughout the composition.
  4. Close the bread maker, set the required mode, wait an hour and a half.
  5. Take out the finished dough and roll it out.

Be careful not to make it too thin, otherwise it will break. Leave the edges on the edge, pierce it with a fork all over the surface so that the base does not swell, add the filling and put it in the oven.

The pizza is baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until the cheese melts.

The fluffy pizza dough is ready. And don't forget to add more cheese at the end!

No added yeast

If yeast is contraindicated for you or you simply do not want to eat it, then this is not at all a reason to refuse such a delicacy as pizza. Now there are many recipes for dough without adding yeast. And one of them is right in front of you.

  1. Sift the flour twice. This way it will be saturated with oxygen and the dough will turn out fluffier.
  2. Heat the milk, but do not boil. It is preferable to do this in the microwave rather than on gas. As a result, the milk should look like fresh milk.
  3. Pour it into the bowl of the bread machine, add flour there.

  5. Next, add vegetable oil. If you don’t have it, you can use butter in the same amount. It just needs to be melted first.
