A little chicken meat, vegetables, a glass of millet groats - and soon millet porridge with chicken is on your table. This dish will become your lifesaver!

I think many housewives pay tribute to dishes in which meat or fish are cooked with some kind of porridge: a side dish and meat in one dish. The most famous such dish is, of course, pilaf, but not only rice can claim the title of supercereal. The other day in the store I caught the eye of a bag of millet, and I decided to cook something delicious from this cereal. And so it turned out to be a wonderful, uncomplicated, rather quickly prepared dish - wheat porridge with chicken. For a change, I decided to add a little . I'm sure it added a few more points to the porridge. In favor of this dish, I hasten to say that children take it well: millet is more tender than rice and it turns out not as dry as buckwheat. Millet porridge with chicken is crumbly, golden yellow, slightly sweet due to carrots and juicy thanks to mushrooms.
